I'm in the same boat, MHunter. I'm the PA, we got decision made June 4th and I'm pacing by my mailbox. I live in GA. I'm starting to get worried myself. Hopefully we both get ours soon!

i wouldn't worry...
a) the COPR isn't necessarily mailed out the same date you get DM. yes, sometimes this is the case, and sometimes it's not.
b) Canada post is suuuuuper slow, and does not deliver on saturday or sunday, so you can't count those days in your wait
c) it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to receive the COPR from ottawa. CIC won't do anything until 4 weeks after it's been sent.

yes, unfortunately it's quite normal for people not receive the AOR. Have you checked the sponsor's email and spam folders? There's a chance it got lost in the mail too. Do you need the AOR for Quebec, or is it the Sponsor Approval letter you need? I'm not sure it's the AOR is what you need to do the quebec specific stuff... all that proves is that CIC received your application. I would imagine they need the sponsor approval letter, no?

Mine updated about the same date, I only noticed on the 6th of June thought because i wasn't checking every day. Hopefully they come soon!!!

I'm in the same boat here with similar dates. I still haven't received any SA email or letter, but I keep reading on here that because both sides are "In process" that must mean I have SA. Still would be much more reassuring to actually get their confirmation on this or a status change on ECAS. Hope to hear SOMETHING soon.

my PA side has changed to "In Progress" today. however, i have received SA email about a week ago.
usually this is done backward; aka you see ecas 1st and then receive an email. but i am not going to worry about this.
