I haven't called yet. I'm on day 37 so to be safe I'll call them on Monday if I haven't heard anything since it's more than the 39 days.

Just curious what was the number you used to call them. Was last 4 numbers 2100?

We tried calling the 800 number and are getting "this number cannot be competed as dialed." I assume because we are outside of Canada? Is there another way we can contact CIC if we are not IN Canada? We are at 41 days.

I used the online web form they have for application enquiry if it's past the processing time. Don't know if they respond quickly to it or if
anyone else has used it.

I don't own a phone so I use skype calling to make phone calls. Unfortunately they don't work on 1-8xx numbers too.

I called CIC this morning because I haven't received SA yet and today it would be exactly 39 days past so the agent was really nice and helpful, he said he will definitely send a mssg out, but the good thing is they haven't asked for any additional documents and its still on review.
