We applied March 16th going through London, so looking at around December or January. I think now that August is here it doesn't seem that long at all now. Hope to hear from others who are still waiting it out...

I am well smclintock. | am hoping to send in the requested documents plus the PP by Tuesday next week. Otherwise the RPRF has already been paid.

yeap, I filed the application in middle of March and my wife was approved in about 2 months time going through Ottawa. Picked up COPR in June and it's like 4 months time between filing application and landing.

Really make me wonder how people get picked for Ottawa VO

Which country is your wife from? I'm wondering about their decision too! I have read about cases where the spouse was in Japan and I believe New Delhi too, but not for any other countries yet, that some go to Ottawa, it seems, as their Visa office is overloaded with work, such as discussed in this topic:

Hi I am a March applicant as well. Went to visit my wife in Fiji for 10 days. Returned last night.

Nothing seems to be happening as yet. Feels like time has just stopped.

Application received on March 29, 2016.

Visa Stamp June 23 and we received it on June 27.

a total of 2 month and 26 days.

it is amazingly so fast good luck every one good news coming soon.

Hi mmm333 it seems like ur the ideal nairobi case. I am currently waitin on passport to be returned its been over 60 days sincewe received PPR. We sent it on june 17,2016. When did u do ur medicals?

Hello all,
My husband didn't do his medical upfront because we didn't want to much time to pass and have the risk of having to redo it.
Well, exciting news!! We just got the request!!!!! That is such a great sign that things are progressing towards the end!!!!! ;D
The letter was dated August 4th, 2016
Hopefully from the time they receive the medical, DM will come fast!!!!
I think there is a good chance for us to go to Canada before the snow falls. It would be nice for my husband to experience some nice weather before Winter.
