Hello guys. I am new here. I also have visa application from March 2014. So far they only asked me only for a new document from police and that was it. Last I heard from them was this:

- Dear Mr. Sotir Lashkoski,
This refers to the below e-mail inquiry.The documents you sent have been received. Your application in the queue for review .

So, what should i expect next? Is everything OK ? I am little confused and i need your help. Thank you.

Well for start this is the 2015 thread, not the 2014 thread, there is a thread currently for that, however to answer that question, you do nothing, you have provided what the visa office has asked for, now you sit back and wait for a decision or unless they require anything further

We just received an email from Paris VO requesting more documents. This is the first communication that we receive from them which works as an AOR too

They are asking for the following information:

- The original criminal record dated less than three months and issued by the authorities of Algeria in Arabic;
- Please list any activity (employment, education, unemployment, holidays, etc.) for the periods indicated below. You must indicate the positions held, company name, employer, workplace, etc. and dates (month / year) without interruption:
From 2003/04 to 2010/05


I am very happy to know that they started looking at our application.

Finally DM Here!!

We sent you a letter on May 26, 2015 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

The weird thing is I checked my Ecas shows in process on 6:00 pm and now 03:25 am ( Canada Time ) shows DM. Are they still working in Midnight?

AND~ We got the SA EMAIL At the same day!!!!

Hi guys,

Just curious about the steps CIC takes. I was pregnant when I submit my medical exam, so I didn't have the x-Ray done. And I received my SA the yesterday( app received March 24)And they said they found some deficiency in my medical exam. Does it mean I'm almost there or it's still a long wait?

Just a quick question,
I'm from England but the letter my girlfriend got from cic says that if she needs to send in more things or needs more info she can contact the Ottawa office and they are processing the application. So i am assuming they are processing my application in Canada? But in another part it says they have transferred the application to a visa office abroad for further processing.

Just a little confusing so wanted to see if anyone knew what it all actually means.

I'd call CIC, in my case I got the SA on May 14th but they didn't actually send the letter till I called on May 21st. What does your eCas say ?

I called them already. They said yo wait till the first week of June. :'( My eCas is still in process. When did you filed your application?

Maybe you should call them one more time on Monday.
My app was filed March 9 and is processing on stage 2 already and - I think - all March applicants already have transfered.
They are processing April files by now.

i also sent them an email last week. they replied yesterday with this:

Dear Client,

This email confirms that your complete Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class was received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga on March 13, 2015, on behalf of the following family member(s):

xxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx

~ Its like an AOR. Looks like they are not yet processing my files. How come they already started april applications while mine was received march 13th.

We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada and have created a file with the file number indicated above. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office.

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:
· Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee.
· Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.

It's AoR2, after SA.
Means that your file is already at the VO for the second stage and that you must provide this documents as soon as possible.

Call again on Monday. I'm having my sponsor do it as we are also waiting on SA. Now that the processing time has been updated to working on applications from April 2, you should be able to get more information. And don't take no for an answer...we aren't.
