Hey just wondering for those who picked Bank Draft as their payment method, how do you check if it has been cashed or not? I'm with RBC

Just call the customer care and provide the draft serial number. They will let you know whether its been negotiated or not. I hope that helps.

Hi Toby,

I had sent my application through lawyer on 25 March 2014 by Fedex and it is received today. Can you update the spreadsheet?

Unfortunately, I didnt use these new forms I see the last updated date on the Page was 24 March 2014, that is when I signed my Application and my lawyer sent it on March 25th.

Will CIC return my application as I didn't use the new forms. I downloaded the forms on March 4 and gave my IELTS on March 8.

I am getting worried so much about this

As a reminder to all future March applicants.
The IMM0008 form has been updated in March, please make sure to use the latest available
version of the document and not a version you maybe printed a month ago or earlier.
The form to name a representative has also been updated.


You can always use my update feed, which pulls information directly from CIC, to see if there's been
changes to any of the forms used for CEC applications.
