Have sent sent my package today through Canada Post.. hope it gets delivered, stamped and returns back safe..

I did order the GCMS and got it. Eligibility: recommended pass, Medical: medical initiated for all applicants (I did not receive MR). Request documents/action: Medicals generated in GCMS or waiting results (Again, I did not receive MR).
Recommendation: Applicant appears to meet requirement.

So I did upfront medical. I just hope everything goes well after this as I cannot see anything wrong with my application from the notes.

Should I be concerned that I haven't received any requests for medical/biodata/passport yet? My status on the online checker is still "Application Received". I only ask because it looks like a lot of people got their requests a while back.

My ECAS status has been updated to "Decision Made" and a line added

"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Waiting for my passport return tracker to get activated..

I checked ECAS this morning and it shows that Medical results have been received. Of course, it is still application received. At this point, I am waiting for the RFRP request. I don't know what is going on with my application. Did they just simply forget about me or there is something wrong but not showing on GCMS notes.

Hope you get MR soon.

I sent my passport for visa and it was received on the 13th of November by Ms Dugay. My return tracker is still not activated. Its been 18 days today. Anybody has an idea, approximately when i might get passport back.

Hi everybody!
My wife and I received our Passport Requests on the 29th of November at 03:49 AM and we are very excited!

Just one question, we are going away for the holidays, leaving on the 19th of December and returning on January 5th. We would love to send our passports today, but we are afraid that we won't have them back before our departure date.

What can we do? We tried calling CIC's phone number but 'due to high volume of calls they're unable to transfer us to a representative'. Should I reply to the 'Ready for Visa' email, include some screenshots of our flights and ask if it'd be possible for us to submit our passports as soon as we return from our trip?
