Congratulations Finish line!

Hi friends...

Our landing process went smoothly today... me and my wife crossed rainbow bridge and reached US port of entry. We thought of rome around US for some time as we both have US visa.. we entered into US spent some time and then back to canada border.

The officer at port of entry directed me to the immigration building (Yellow building). We submitted our passport and copr. The officer asked us to wait for some time. After 15 mins he called us back and confirmed the address. Then other formalities completed in next 2mins.

The officer mentioned that, the PR card will take 4 - 6 weeks...

Everything went smoothly and we happily landed as PR holder.

I wish everyone to get MR, RPRF and PPR soon..

We received your application for permanent residence on March 26, 2014.

We started processing your application on November 20, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

Hopefully I receive my PPR today.. fingers crossed :

No one can predict any thing about CIC
But yes hope for best

That is not necessarily true. For me it said started processing in September but after that they sent medical and then RPRF so with CIC every case is different. Just hoping for the best for everyone and myself.

Did they asked for address proof? Let me know what all documents they ask, just waiting for my COPR and than planning to go for landing in Rainbow bridge.

I second that....Mine is in Process & they started processing on November 14,2014. No PPR yet, so every case is different and depends on the VO's too. All we can do is pray and hope for the best

I received PPR on Nov 20th . My timeline.

'In process'. My status changed from 'Application received' to 'In process' on Nov 20th, the same day I received PPR

Yes. they asked us to show the address proof. I showed drivers license. At the end they ask me to handover all the work permits including my wife's visitor record and work permit. We submitted. It took only 15 mins to complete the process.
