CEC site changed the English Test minimum requirements from 4L to 4H on March 31st, 2014

It was updated two days ago, and it states that NOC 0,A = 4H instead of 4L.

I gave the Test on January 2014 and my application reached CIC on March 3rd. I got my AOR also. Not sure how this will impact.

This is unfair and was changed on the fly.

Does someone know if this may be just a typo?

Yes you are right Asish !! I am in same situation, one of my score is 4L, this is quite confusing and concerning, however to be on safer side i would be writing an email to CELPIP and CIC to confirm is this an issue. If yes that's really bad, if not we are safe, will keep you posted. I would suggest you to write an email to CIC explaining the situation, and lets wait for their reply.

Hmm... The page you linked states that everyone who applied before April 1 must have score 4H.

Congrats for ur BOWP,can you tell us how did you apply for BOWP without AOR becoz our work permit ends by may 2 2014 and we sent the application on 28th march so if you share the info abt covering letter it will be so helpful.

I think he applied without AOR just mentioning that he has applied for CEC and is awaiting for AOR.
And the VO approved his BOWP since there was a AOR on his file when the VO started assessing.
