I am still waiting for refund for work permit for me and my wife. Going to airport in few hours to pick up my wife. She will be laded immigrant in few hours.

Hi guys,
Just want to update my case here:

Case received from CIC on March 05, 2014;
AOR received on March 23,2014;
ATIA sent on September 26, 2014, but case was still pending, no update;
ATIA sent on March 20, 2015;
Police Certificate Request received on April 10, 2015;
Medical Exam Request received on April 11, 2015; done on April 30,2015;
RPR fee Request on April 15, 2015;
Passport Request on June 15, 2015; passports sent on June 22, 2015;
Immigrant Visa and PR confirmation issued on July 8, 2015;
Landed from Vancouver Peace Arch port on July 18, 2015.
And probably that's it. Hope this help and good luck guys!

Following is the excerpt from the GCMS notes I received in July 2015.

I have analysed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and make the following recommendation. FOSS/GCMS check:-No adverse info. Principal applicant currently holds valid status in Canada. CIVIL STATUS:- PA never married – NO Spouse or Common Law declared – PA Copy of Passport on File: Yes. WORK EXPERIENCE: CEC qualifying period is: 10MAR2011 to 09MAR2014 Dates of authorized work experience – within ‘Qualifying Period' – in a skill level 0, A or B occupation: 23JUL2012 to 23JUL2015 Category of work permit: PGWP Post-secondary studies in Canada: University According to schedule 8: Work Experience 1:24Jul2012 27SEP2013, NOC:1226 selected, FULL time SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE with XXXXX. Employment letter(s) dated UNDATED confirm(s) date(s) of employment, position title and a salary of $ @ @ k per year. LOE/Supporting Docs do NOT appear to match lead statement and/or a substantial number of main duties under NOC code selected. A NOA from 2012 show(s) reported earnings of $11.7K. Web-based search conducted – Online information verified. LANGUAGE: IELTS submitted- Applicant meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level: A. CRIMINALITY: PA:-RCMP Screening: No reportable trace. Police Certificates:- India: No reportable trace. RECCOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER.

Basically, I worked in a NOC B category for the period July 2012 - September 2013, and then NOC A category from September 2013 - till date. While I submitted my most recent job experience letter (completed a year under NOC code 1112 in September 2014) in December 2014, will the CIC consider my latest job experience or the the one under which I applied? I had mentioned at the time of applying that I had completed six months with my present employer (NOC Code: 1112).

My previous employer is not very forthcoming in giving a detailed job description and I guess that is where I am stuck.

Seniors please help with suggestions on steps I could take.

Dear Friends , i am march 2014 applicant , Today i received my GCMS notes from CIC in which my status is on Hold and reason is suspended -INVESTIGATION. Eligibility is in progress, Criminality - in Progress , Security is not started and Medical is passed .

The important thing i notice is that under organizations and Entities- They mentioned the name and details of my immigration representative , and under the other sub type description : they mentioned Suspected of Fraud.

I did not get this thing , there should be name of the organization of my company in which i am working or there should be name of my immigration representative company through which i applied my PR file.

Please guide .

This is my 2nd time i applied for GCMS notes , when i compare it with my first GCMS notes under ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES -

ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES: 1( There is a name of my company in which i am working).
ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES: 2(There is a name of my immigration representative company name and details ).
ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES: 3 ( Again There is a name of my immigration representative company name and details).

I discussed this thing with my immigration representative but he is said no need to contact CIC for this issue.

While I am in a similar boat as you, my case history is captured on this page, I did provide an Upfront RPRF in April 2015.

I just have two lines on my application.


1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 10, 2014.
2. Medical results have been received.

Hey Guys Finally got RPRF request just now. Email as follows:

Dear applicant,

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted.


Your mailing address according to our records is indicated above. Please review it and advise us of any errors.


Has your family composition changed since our last correspondence?


· Have you married or divorced?
· Have you given birth or adopted a child?
· Do you intend to get married or divorced prior to becoming a permanent resident?
· Do you intend to give birth or adopt a child prior to becoming a permanent resident?

If any of these conditions apply, you must inform Case Processing Center – Ottawa (CPC-O) immediately:

You will be asked to submit evidence such as a copy of the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption certificate or a letter advising when and where the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption is expected to take place. Any new spouse and/or children must be added to your application and be found admissible to Canada before your case is finalized.


RPRF

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

· Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant

· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one

· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

· Click “Submit”

· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card.


Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca .

'Alternative Address'? I wasn't really sure. I know they have another CIC Office down the street
off of Catherine, K2P 2K9. But I specifically sent to 219 Laurier Ave W. 7 floor section B

1. I wonder if it will find its way to the right authority.

2. How do I know if they received my PCC?

3. Should I send them an Email explaining?

hi i got the same problem. I sent some requested documents to cpc ottawa, and it shows delivered to alt address of cpc. did you figure it out.
