Those who got MR, did your ecas change to In process before getting MR?

I didn't get MR yet, but ecas changed to in process today. I hope to hear good news from Ottawa before ecas changes to decision made.

well, my friend who applied in April got MR and RPRF at same time (yesterday) without even a change in his status to In-process (it might have changed now)

This refers to the document checklist for CEC applications. #10 states all the details and information that has to be in the reference letter.
