could be a week, could be a month and i've seen people wait 2 months. there isn't really a timeframe but in theory it should be reasonably quick

Did my medical today with Gabor Lantos at Medisys, I had an appointment for 11:00 am but this didn't seem to make a whole lot of difference though they did tell me they were running "a bit behind" and send me down the road to get the xray (took all of 10 minutes including walking there) nobody from the Medisys clinic was available to take samples or see me until 1:15 pm - finally finished and paid up at 2:00 pm.

All the staff were friendly and attentive enough once they got to me but knowing what I know now instead of taking what ended up being nearly four hours off work including transit for an "appointment" I would have gone to the clinic that takes walk-ins on a Saturday. Apparently it takes about the same amount of time anyway.

No news. Just hoping there is not a problem- although I didn't not hear anything back from the Doctor which from what i've read is good news. I have also looked at the other months' spreadsheets and many take around 4 weeks from the medical for the ECAS to get updated so I'm not getting too worried just yet- just curious

Keep us posted if/when yours gets changed to decision made or you get a PPR. Thanks!

Hi, I got my request for medicals on the same day as you but already completed them on Nov 30.
They must have gotten the results sometime in December as I received a paper copy of my results in the mail. When I checked my status last week, it was still "in process" with nothing else. When I checked today, it is "in process" but it also states "medicals received" on the file.
Don't worry, it could happen any day now.

Hi i need help,

I applied pr this march and got my nbi clearance from the philippines last april. So i failed to include it on my application so now, cic is asking me to submit one. Is it still valid as the form indicated one yr validity or do i need to get a new one coz ive read from cic it should be gotten for the last 3 mos i dont kbow if it means 3 mos prior to pr application. Thank you

We just did our medicals today (thank God its done after 2 weeks wait to be booked).
So my nbi dated april 13, 2013 is useless accdg to my lawyer so i need to get a new one. I sent nbi application in the Phil, unfortunately my mom haven't got it yet because my fault is i sent it thru ordinary mail. That made me stressed.

After sending in tax info on monday had an email today saying that i will receive
MR and RPRF in the next few days.

I applied march but we did not submit our police certificate although we have it with us. Now cic is asking, my husband's
Police clearance kuwait expires this year, do we need to get a new one or is it still valid since we applied for
Pr last march and he obtained the cer tificate dec 2012. Pls help thank u
