Well I'm not sure if you followed waiting84's updates. According to his GCMS generated on 24thApril:
Eligibility has passed and Criminality is in process. He got his MR on June 8. According to recent posts NOC2174 seems to be favored by CIC. Each case is different but this might give you some idea.

My eligibility had been done in CIO. (according to the GCMS). I think in-process cases will get medical requests very soon. If you guys planning to go with advanced medicals, I highly encourage you. I didn't do it since I didn't expect MR that soon. Normally, when you receive MR from CIC, it take around 3 weeks to complete everything (atleast in my case). 1 week to book the apointment 1 week to get results and another week to update it in CIC. So I guess you can save that time by doing it in advance. And this applies to applicant who have passed eligibility.

Do you need to bring passport when you go for your medicals (both up front and MR-based)??

I am an INPROGRESS candidate. I have done advance medical but not very sure if it's better or not. I did the medical 3 months back and got my GCMS last week. There is no information in it about CIC receiving the medicals. So, I am afraid that it may have been lost. I may do it again when they send the actual request.

Email CIC to check if they received your medicals. Once they confirm and add them to your file you should be ok. I did advance medicals and they were not on my GCMS. I contacted CIC and they added my medicals on my file later on. I have ordered GCMS again and will let you know if MR appear on them now. I havent received MR yet so should be similar to your case.

When you say contact CIC, is that means that you emailed them. I wonder if they even read all the emails they receive

I was expecting this as I found somebody (no offense) were keep making the spreadsheet looks "nice" by formatting etc. One of my comments were also deleted earlier and I put it back.

Update: yes, this time also my comments were replaced with some other comments, I fixed it !!! whoever is playing with spreadsheet, I would suggest not to do "fancy" stuffs which is causing other data to loss!!!

I already emailed CIC 2 months back and below was the response

Good Day,
Thank you for your email and for the information.
As they were not yet requested, receipt of your medicals will be confirmed in due course
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa

I have emailed them again last week. Let's see if there is any positive response.

For you, how do you know they added the medicals to your file? Can you please paste the response you got from CIC?
