Ugh, that sucks. The new form must be in the same page, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/cec.asp

Try a different browser maybe if your pdf reader doesnt work. or try to download the new adobe version again

Try IE to open all the forms or just right click on the link and save it to your desktop.

Ravskabra:

I applied on March 18. I have filled " IMM 0008 (12-2012) E" versioned form and sent. On Mar 16th also I verified the one I sent was iriginal on CIC website for Generic Application form.

So on Feb 28, when you send which version if form you sent? Please see your rejected form on the bottom for version and reply.

What is the version of form you are going to send now?

Hi,
For the form IMM 5406 (additional family information), Do I need to fill up two different forms for me and for my spouse?

Please reply :(

Ravskabra:

All the details, about forms and the applicants to be filled, has been clearly given in the Document Checklist form.

IMM 5406 - Principal applicant, Spouse and each dependent child over 18 years of old has to fill.

and YES, you have to fill different form for each applicants....

Thanks Navarth:

But let say I am filling IMM 5406 for my spouse, so which name should I write in the space of applicant and should I give all the details about her family?

Your spouse name goes in the place of applicant on her application. Remember all the time, that she is also one of the applicants and required to fill all the forms as an applicant and get signed on all the forms that you fill for her. Ideally, these forms has to be filled by her.
All the instructions about filling applications has been given in cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5609ETOC.asp
