thanks to all who answered my post. I have another question regarding skype messages, or emails, do you actually have to copy and paste in Microsoft word? or how do you actually printout messages from skype and emails.. thanks a lot.

My husband does too! He has been here over a year and we're too worried about going back and him being denied :-X

Please let me know your timeline for your application, and if you feel comfortable, what state you're from :)

Bash, either or, it doesn't matter :)

I was born in newfoundland canada, and lived there for 53 years.I have 6 grown children,6 grandchildren, and 2 great grand kids.I met my spouse 4 years ago,and came to the usa dec,2009 to marry on a finance visa.just got my 10 green card.We live in california, have a good life, but it means nothing when you don,t have family.material things are alot cheaper here, but the medical can break you very fast.I have seen alot in the past three years, but home in canada you have a sense of security that you will never find here.I wish you well on your journey, and don,t worry,be positive and all will be great.

Great news!!! Congrats! That is really exciting for not only you but me too! It means that LA is still processing cases, and I hope, I hope I hope, that means our file didn't get sent to CPP-O.

But.. anyway, congratulations to you!~! ;D ;D ;D :D

Got the letter today :)
As you guys already said, in the footer and at the end of the letter it says Case Processing Centre Mississauga, but the letter is actually sent from Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa (stamped on the envelope).
Next step: CSQ
The step after: my spouse in my arms here :)

Good luck to you all guys

Thanks! To you too! I never thought you would get your approval this week, that was super fast. VO in Ankara will process the PR. I heard their processing time reported in their website doesn't really reflect the actual processing time. There's no shortcut, so patience is what we all need.

Good luck with the last step :)

Yaaaay, slm.tbt! Congrats on your approval! :)

Our visa office is also Ankara. They put on their website that 80% of cases get finalized in 5 months. However, they just received the immigration files from the recently closed Damascus office. I believe it's only the Iranian files that were transfered to Ankara. I remember reading that someone in the recently transfered thread (Damascus/Ankara) made the claim that the processin time is now 12-15 months. But to be honest, I find it really difficult to believe that processing time will triple. I'd expect an increase though. So as you say, we will see how things go.

There is no Ankara thread. Maybe we should start one? :)

Congratulations slm.tbt :)

Remember our visa office is same with you.

(btw: I am February applicant and still have no AOR, no approval, no answer, no news from CPC-M..)

Galip, I think yours should arrive soon. Hopefully next week? This past week we had a few late Feb people receiving their approvals.

Thank you BC Girl..

I feel that my chances are 50/50 for the approval. We'll wait and see..

You mean for getting it next week? Don't worry. I know this wait is really difficult. We're all gonna get over this period. It just happens that we need some amazing amount of patience.
We just submitted ours comparing to yours. However, we are not together at the moment, and even though it's just a month that I came back, it feels like a century.
Some days, I do better than the rest. Normally better on the days I see a lot of approvals. Feels like our turn gets closer and closer!
