I've got 4 on-call jobs now, casual on-call usually SUCKS but I have this and knitting to pass time :P My husband is getting a lot of hats for Christmas!!!

For Americans and British applicants, it's VERY rare. Other countries have different interview request rates.

not in Cuba...flagged for fraudulent marriages so most people get interviewed.....

What happens if someone gets called for an interview but their vo office is in a place they have never been? Has that happened before and if so, does the person have to travel there or do they do it through a consulate in your own country?

Thundersoul in Feb thread had a similar situation his file was sent to the wrong VO.

The Buffalo office was closed at the end of May, 2012.
