What is Ottawa Pilot? I heard someone saying that Stage 2 will also be processed in Ottawa.. however I got sponsorship approval email from them saying my file has been sent to Islamabad. Is it true that "internally" they are processing these cases in Ottawa instead of Islamabad to reduce Islamabad's workload?

Ottawa helps Mississauga with approvals. Only buffalo applications will be processed in Ottawa before being finalized in Los Angeles. Your step 2 will process in Islamabad.

Hi there, don't worry!! I sent my application on the 27th of Feb and the didn't acknowledge of receiving it until the 19th of March. Your's should be coming through very shortly!! Good luck with everything!

Forget about fingers...I'm crossing my eyes, ears, nose, lips, teeth?, arms, legs, toes, my dog's tail, the street (without looking), etc...etc...(the etc's are crossed, too!).

Has there ever been a case where the sponsor or applicant went around the bend due to this process? Headline: man plummets to his death from second story balcony...the note left in his pocket just said "CIC...why????"...

FS....it's all a conspiracy....the note would never be "found"......
 
Holy shit...the blew my mind...I never thought about that angle...yes, a conspiracy...and my parents would probably need to wait 82.25 days before being notified...then file various forms with confusing language...

Note to self: get a CIC tattoo...
