Dear All,

I need your views on my case. I have got my 1st AOR on 27th September 2010. I hv sent my all documents except my IELTS score on 22nd January 2011. I hav sent my score on 2nd February 2011. I got one letter on 4th Feb 2011 stating below information..

UCI ******** Application : *********

XYZ

This refers to your application for permenant residence in CANADA which was received on 05/04/2010. We confirm receipt of your application package at the Visa Office New Delhi.

Before your application can be placed in processing, a determination will be made as to whether
or not you are eligible for processing. lf your applic-Jtion is not eligible for processing, you will
receive a letter inforrning you of ihe reasons for the decision as well as a refund.

Processing time
Appiications for permanent residence in Canada in the category you have applied to requires an average of 10 months to process at the office.
If you have not revcevived any instructions from the office 6 months after you submitted your full application you are requested to contact this office directly.

Interview
you will be notified of the appointment for your interview.

******************************************************************************************

Now, i have following questions...

1. Is this my 2nd AOR?

2. My file no. has not got changed from 1st AOR, why is it so? and does tht makes any difference?

3. Is ther any difference in E-cas status "In process" and "Your documents are received and pending for review"?? I have status in my Ecas tht "Your documnets are received by us and pending for review"

4 Rightnow what process in going on with my file? in how much time i can expect any update? and what about my category 1111. Is quota over for tht?

PLEASE GUYS, HELP ME I M VERY MUCH CONFUSED.CAN ANYONE ANSWER ME PLEASE?

Dear Jacky,

This B0000000000 comes when u click on "Receipt Number" on the first box of "Identification Type." Plz click on "Immigration File #" in the options of first box then the no. starts from E00000000000, or Client Id. which is UCI: 50000000. If u r using Client Id then dnt type in "UCI" just only the no. that comes after UCI: and type in ur correct spelling of family name which u sent in the application forms, correct DOB and etc...... u'll be fine and chill dnt worry.

Regards.

Fazal.
Thanks brother I did exactly what u said and it works, appreciate your help, blessings brother.

Hi Maltaise,

U can check ur application status on cic.gc.ca through UCI or file number, mentioned on AOR

I think now the timelines are increasing again as it was before in March and April.
It was taking less than 30 days for Per which seems to increase gradually now after April.
A similar pattern is witnessed in case of RBVO and 2nd AOR from VO. It was less than 30 days previously in the months of March And April 2011 for 2nd Aor which seems to take more time as time is flying.
Dont know how the System is Working, no interpretation seems to work??
I had been watching few updates in this forum quietly for quite some days because of work pressure.
But this was the inference i could draw...

Would like to hear from seniors and other people about their opinion. What do you feel Dr. Hasib & Pippin?

Spicysank...
