For some optimisme on my beloved thread, I would like to share hints and informations about my landing experience, here we go:

I am back to Dubai after my smooth landing experience in Montreal.
I applied under FSW but still I landed in Montreal though lots here advised that I cannot land in Quebec, They asked me for Quebec Selection Certificate I said that I don't have it, then they process my landing with no issues at all, so guys you can land anywhere in Canada with no exceptions.
The whole process from laniding to leaving out the aeroport took 30 mins, They asked if I have any cash on me, I said the amount but they didnt ask for any Proof of Funds nor any printed photoes for belongings to follow or accompanying, the agent just write manually whatever I told her myself on a paper and signed, that's all. All in all everything was smooth and everybody was welcoming me and my family.
It was a bit hot in Montreal as the houses are built cold resistant and not heat resistant, I believe we are spoiled by AC in Dubai and even 25 degrees make us feel hot....what do you think guys??? yet it rains many times during my stay there.... My daughter really enjoyed the rain and the huge parks with all facilities... I did as well in fact...
I am going back for good next year, Canda is a nice place to live though it's very challenging to leave our comfort zone here in Dubai.

Such a wonderful landing experience share with us. I am sure the artificial life of Dubai (as I have been in Dubai so many times, and never attracted other then buildings) and real cool and lovely green Montreal must be a nice experience. I also have received the Medical, they ask me to fill Schedule A Background /Declaration form, in form its written that me and my spouse both need to fill this form my daughter who is 4 years old must be exempted with it? As it's mentioned depended aged 18 will fill up the form as well. Please correct me if any Clarence. Also they ask me for RPRF as bank draft which need to submit for my Wife, daughter and myself (490+490+150=1130 CAD) is that right? Please reply as I am waiting ...thanks

Your case is quite normal, as I know a couple of my friends who have applied way before, in the end of 2010 and are still waiting to become IP, or I also know some applicants who crossed the initial hurdles pretty fast but are stuck on IP stage for last 15/16 months...

To apply through a consultant or not, is not a question here... As far as I know most of the people here at this forum have applied themselves.

Your wife took the right decision in my opinion, and u reached this far. Now just wait and pray for the best, and do co-ordinate with the applicants of same timeline to keep urself in picture.

Yaar it was my decision for not hiring a consultant not wife's. She insisted me a lot to hire Cohen but I was not stable finacially at that time coz of newly Wed. I said that u r free and u have all information as my elder bro applied at that time thru Cohen and he had all answers and info wat we need. Now when its taking too much time then I am regretting it.

There is nothing to regretting any thing.. Its normal and you might get news in September.. I told you to apply GCMS note to get the clear picture.. That will help a lot at least for point calculations and all.. You can e-mail again to LVO .. No harm.. In last our forum member canada_future got Postal mail via TCS in Karachi to send almost complete application along with RFPF and PPC but no Medical.. You can ask him for detail.. He applied in the Same NOC as you did..

congrats dear, you nailed it, its just days before you get the maple leaf stamp on your passport. go ahead and fill up schedule1 forms for you and your spouse only, kids are exempted. Regarding RPRF you send amount for you and spouse and not your daughter you will send 980 CAD only.

I tell you how to order GCMS anyway. As you have a friend there it would cost you just $5.

Yes you can order CAIPS notes. Its very easy. It can be done by email.

First fill this form, your (friend) requester will sign it.

If you want to pay by credit card fill your card no and sign. If your friend will pay for it he will provide his card details and sign

You can't find credit card form online.
Ask your friend/relative to provide his Canadian passport /PR card and his recent bill / bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada.

Scan everything and ask him to send everything by email to

your brother will get all via Postal mail at his adress.. or some time they send via email. use your brother e-mail..

MI Stands for Ministrial Instructions...... MI are those who had applied be4 June 2010, MI 2 are those who applied be4 July 2011... Soon and soforth. ... Hope this help dude....

hello every one ,,, i got MR, APPLICATION FORM 1M0008, TRAVEL HISTORY FORM from london visa office DATED: 20th aug 2012 ,,,THEY DID NOT ASK FOR PCC {DONT KNOW WHY ??} NOW I M IN INDIA ,TODAY I WENT FOR MEDICAL TO DMP BUT HE ADVISED ME THAT THEY CANT SEND MEDICAL TO LONDON VISA OFFICE ,THEY WILL SEND MEDICAL TO DELHI RMO ,, HE ALSO SHOWED ME THE EMAIL FROM " MEDICAL DEPARTMENT DELHI, CANADA HIGH COMMISSION THE MAIL DATED 18TH JUNE 2012 WAS WRITTEN LIKE " DEAR PANEL PHYSICIANS, IT IS A GENTLE REMINDER THAT ALL IME IRRESPECTIVE TO THERE VISA OFFICES SHOULD BE FORWArDED to RMO NEW DELHI " SO I DID MEDICAL AS DMP SAID TODAY [30TH AUG } .....WILL IT EFFECT ON MY CASE ??/? SHOULD I SENT A EMAIL TO LONDON VISA OFFICE REGARDING THIS???
