I think that your case is not very strange. In my case, it took a total of 3 months & 2 days between MR letter date and PPR request date. I believe that there is no harm in sending your VO an email to ask whether there is anything pending from your side. If the medical has not reached them then the email will prompt them to inform you else you might receive a confirmation email that nothing is pending or even (in the best case) your PPR. I suggest that you just write once to them.

I think you can check with your DMP also, He may give you the courier details and shipment tracking no. usually they keep for their records.

CANADA100 I GOT IN PROCESS STATUS TODAY . THERE IS ADDITIONAL LINE THAT THEY STARTED PROCESSING MY APPLICANTION ON 2 NOV 2011 AND MY ADDRESS IS STILL DISAPPEARED . I JUST WANT TO ASK YOU GUYS THAT WHEN I CAN EXPECT MEDICAL REQUEST.AND CANADA 100 LET ME KNOW ABOUT YOUR STATUS.

Naveedbhai, congrats! Sorry, I have not been very regular these days and I haven't checked my ecas for over a month now. But I am sure nothing has happenned as my consultant would let me know if there is something. reg yr case, i expect it to be very quick from now on as we have seen in this forum that it really grabs pace from the point you get into 'in process'. I honestly feel that they must have finished with your processing as it has been 6 good months since they received your file (same as mine). My prediction for you is Med req before end of this month, PP req before they close for X'mas and visa before end of Jan next year. Cud be even before. Do let me know as we share exactly the same time line and I would be most happy to hear some great news from you. Good luck and God bless

We are on the same boat, the difference is that u hired a consultant and I didnot. But we share the same timelines. My timeline is:

Application sent: 29 March, 2011.
App. rcvd by NS, Sydney: 05 April, 2011.
PER or AOR: 06 May, 2011.
RBVO London: 27 May,2011.

Its been approx 6 months now but no news, now I am gettin worried about it. Lets see and hope for best.
