i am new in this forum
i applied to immigration in november 2009- london visa office
full document in march 2010
inprocess 9/2010
till now no medical request
is it normal?
when i send equiry they replied that iam in background check outstanding &that may take several months to complete !!!!!
what that mean?
i noticed here a lot of members have become inprocess bet jan and febrauary 2012 then recieved their med req. iam inprocess since more than 15months
my noc is 3142 a physiotherapist

received CAISP as per info no work so far has been done on my application just simple data entry work. & the most pathetic part is that my BFD date is 22-jan-2013 so 1 more year.

It is very natural, we can expect lot of errors in our e-case as the NDVO is processing all the application in rush. (I am not sure, till what stage this rush will continue)
There are people who got In Process with date 3months ago but no one got any update or medicals request yet.
I guess NDVO has planned some schedule for entire MI-1 applications and they are strictly working on that(we can see that on mass In Process with dates status updates), only NDVO or Canadian Registered Consultants can provide more clarity on Medical Request or updates.
I am sure there are few people applied for CAIPS after their e-case updated to “In Process” with date, I request if you all can share details of the same.

but i want to ask as i am the main applicant and i finished my contract last year with the hospital i was working for and now not not working as i have got a new baby
and when i send them undate to add the new baby i told them that
is this a problem and can cause rejection to my application????? or delay ????
i already completed 6 years of my job and it is still required in the list as a physiotherapist and ofcourse i sent all the document that prove that

i am realy started to worry bacause of the huge a mount of decision made i hear about these days
