Our application was received in Sydney NS on 8th of March (the date Registered Post was signed for) but still no response. Is there others in the same situation. How long should i wait before sending a letter.

We did send it in January and got it back in February as we missed a question.

My application reached CIO on March 16, 2010. However, so far my Credit card is neither debited nor I have received any response. I want to know in case CIO reject my case then how they are going to inform me?

Secondly, there are many applicants who filed application after mine and they have received AOR, is there any criteria for priority processing of some applications?

Me also confuse....my Application was received by CIO on March 10 2010
I query my DD and found that it was enchased March 29 2010....
some applicant after me also get AOR.....therefore.....what happen to my application...is it process or not...I am too much confused

answer 1: Incase of rejection they return all forms alongwith a letter mentioning the reasons.

answer 2: There is no priority processing. i believe they calculate the workload pending, distribute it to staff date wise and rest depends on how quick staff are and what kind of applications they are dealing with and whats the average processing team for every team..

You dont have to include the IELTS score now, its required only once u get ur file no. all the best.........

I have applied in March and my noc is 4131. M CC has been debited with the amount for the initial procession on April 14 2010 but i have not got my AOR yet.

It took 6 weeks to get the letter with our application back. It came with a letter stating that it had not been processed and it highlighted why and what we had missed.

We were hoping that if it took 6 weeks for them to look at it the first time it would only take the same the second time. As we can now see that is not the case.

Time span increasing.. i wonder on what basis they're approving applications and sending AORs !! do you guys think this has something to do with our NOCs ?? (Just a thought)
