Thank you for Jane's advice. I have called the IRCC in the morning. My processing office is Vancouver. They told me that everything is in progress and they are also waiting for my background check too from CSBA. I also email my local MP. I hope it works. Otherwise, just wait and wait for ??? years.....

I think there's something going on with the Vancouver office, it seems there are hold ups for quite a few applications.
