Hello Everyone,
though i am very late in applying . I will highly appreciates your expert advice at this point for the following issues

1. I have been working in a company from 2001-2006. now since my wrok experice would be counted from 2004 (10 years from 2014). how should i mention my dates ( as it ask date of joining which is before in 2001 not in 2004) in the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).

2. Do i have to show 6 years plus experice in NOC 0911 only to score the maximum 15 points. or i can show one year NOC0911 and five years plus in others NOCs for maximum score of 15.

3.My previous company Hr is not willing to write job resposibilities so can i use refrence letter along with the letter from HR.

Please mention al of your experience with dates
In.the form
If company is not given u any ref letter with job duties
write your own letter with hand writting
write the company name and dates on the top
Then explain.ur job nature
and tell them that company is not giving u letter
And attahched a noterized copy of your experienxe whixh u had when u left the company

That how u will claim ur work experiemce.

1. I need maximum 15 points ffor experience . do i have to show all 6 years experinece realted to NOC 0911 or i can just so one year in NOC 0911 and rest in other category.

2.My relevant experience is approx. 4 years if it has to be within the last 10 years and hence can only claim 11 points. Can I show my experience beyond 10 years to get max point 15 for my 5 years’ experience from 2001 to 2006, though this will fall prior to 10 years. Is that possible?

3. In case i have to be with 10 years from 2014 from which month of 2004 i can start claiming for experience if i am applying dec 2014?

I performed duties both under noc 2141 Industrial and manufacturing engineers for 2 yrs and nearly 4.5 yrs in noc 0911 Manufacturing Managers in the same Company. My query is how to get Reference letters for both these noc's from my employer. Do I need get them separately on two letters mentioning duties performed in each noc or on a single letter? please advice. its urgent Thank you!!
