Several Requests at CPC-Ottowa and 1 at Manila

2) Reference letter enumerated only a few of my duties (signed by my plant manager-immediate superior)

as your Reference capturing the lead statement of this NOC please.

I will be claiming 23 points for my MS degree(US) and WES has received all documents from my University... Now since I am not claiming points for my BS (India) do I still need to submit WES assessment for my undergrad while sending my app to CIC? Or can I just send copies of my marksheets and transcripts that I have with me (not assessed by WES)?

Please help...

Hi, if you are not sending ECA for your BS, why bothering with the marksheets? Since you only have ECA for your MS, include only the documents related to your MS which is already superior to your BS. All the best

Thanks a lot . I would like to know that in case where it is mentioned that "ADDITIONAL SUPPORTING DOCUMENT MAY INCLUDE", is it important to provide these supporting documents, if the basic document is fulfilling all the requirement.

Hi, one such supporting document is the pay stub or pay slip but with a complete and detailed employer reference letter, you don't need to provide the supporting document.

Since 03rd Oct., CIC has not updated the total caps figure from 5223. Is there any specific reason that since so many days they have not updated it even once?
What is your analysis for 0911 considering present situation?

Yes,this is unusual and we are all waiting eagerly for the update.

I am of the opinion that they have probably change their mode
of operation at work by clearing backlogs with major reference
on hot NOCs.Honestly,they want to clear those heap of papers/files
in their offices

My take on NOC 0911 is that it is still open and I don't see the threat
of being capped for now.Approximately,this NOC will be around 300-320
at this time.

Hopefully,let's see what CIC might be up with by today or tomorrow if
there will be any update.

I have few more questions.
1)The scrutiny / check with employer is done by CIC during PER or the checks are done by VISA office after PER?
2)The contact numbers mentioned on my company letter head on which my HR has provided the details of my duties has changed. I still have not recived my file number. So how can I take care to update this to CIO ?
3) I am assuming to get payment charged in Dec 2014 and PER in Jan 2015 in worst case, but meanwhile if I change the job then will it affect my application? My application has reached there on 11th Sep.2014.
