My relatives from India applied ONLINE under Manitoba sponsorship program in Aug 2013. They haven't received LOA yet.

Anyone here who applied for this program in Aug or earlier?

I would suggest you join Mpnp batch 2013 for a general overview of all that applied in 2013 and there is a spreadsheet for benchmarking your application.

Has your relative any connection to Manitoba? I mean is this sponsorship program require some connection from manitoba to apply?
