MANITOBA PR FROM UK by an INDIAN RESIDANCE

Dear Experts,

I am an INDIAN and I have studied my Master Degree from University of Greenwich (UK). I did my masters in Electrical Power Engineering. Currently I am on PSW (POST STUDY WORK PERMIT VISA) granted by UKBA. This Visa will be going to finished on 11, Feb 2013. I want to apply for Manitoba PNP. I am trying to search which category I can apply. I have seen 2 categories. The first one is PRIORITY and the other is GENERAL. I have read the conditions but this categories are only for MANITOBA STUDY, WORK or FAMILY so if I want to apply then which category I can apply???

if yes then The other question is I have studied from UK so do I need to give IELTS???

I have 1.5 years experience as an Electrical Engineer after finishing my Bachlor from INDIA and currently I am working as a Electronics Engineer in UK since 31 MAY, 2010.

Yes you need IELTS or Tofel etc to get English language points.

Decide quickly as you got just 10 month left and I dougbt you can get any type of PR in that time (in current scenario where you need to wait for IELTS too)

I saw my friends , either going back to India or getting visa extended in UK as student (ACCA) ,

There is Canada student visa is also one option, and that's also not as simple as UK. All the best
