So i wanted to quit my job and I got my ITA (Manitoba PNP + Express Entry). Im afraid if i left my job, my PR application might gets rejected. Need help. Thanks

You will need to inform MPNP that you are no longer working or if you have another employer. They will decide if they will keep the nomination or not. Dont hide this info from them as you can have a big issue like all application rejected due to misrepresentation. They can track your work history

Is manitoba pnp based on the experience or current employment?

Which stream? Assuming you are asking about the skilled worker stream, it's employer dependent.

So i have applied for my Express Entry by accepting pnp from Manitoba (Skilled worker stream). Then, I got 600 points and then i got my Invitation to apply. I still got 20 days to submit my PR file. I lost my job yesterday. But i have completed 1 year + 1 month experience in my last job and 6 months experience in different company. Should i be worried? What should i do now? Am i going to lose my pr?
