I wanted to ask that if i received a letter of advise to apply but actually i don't have any relation/connection in Manitoba but i have in other area, what will be the procedures and what's the alternative solution to proceed with the application?

You better ask some Manitobian to help you with this as they need a clear cut proof of your connection. Else it will be a misrepresentation. Please try to be as transparent as possible but remember one thing, in this digital age its almost impossible to hide facts. before spending any money you should consider this. Time and money will be wasted for nothing and might impact your future chances of a Canadian dream

Do you have anyone, in Manitoba, who worked or lived or studied with you at any point in time of your life. If yes, then approach him/her, else I would advise not to pursue as there is a very minimal chance of getting through it.
