Manitoba express entry.

I see that we need to have 6 months experience and have to worry for 1 yr in the province afterwards as requirements.

I have 6 months of Ontario office admin experience, but my work permit is valid only till april 2020.

Can i apply for it.

Of you guys have any other information what i can do please let me know.

I believe that you need a strong tie to Manitoba to be selected for Manitoba Express Entry.
If you have family connections in Manitoba it might be possible, if not then I doubt that it is an option.
