Today I got an email from the office in Manila to send documents which I already sent with the original application.
I am pretty sure I filled out the info for Appendix A on the original app. We sent in all the required photos. We sent an NBI that would have still been valid. We sent the NSO cert. Is it common just to re-request info like this?

Additional Document/Information Requirements at This Time
In order to continue processing your application, we require the following information and/or documents:
· Fully Completed Appendix A (attached) for you and each of your family members, whether accompanying you to Canada or not. Passport details are not required for any family member who is not accompanying you to Canada. (Each person should complete his/her own form.)
Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) to our office in Mississauga by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Please provide a photocopy of your receipt. For more information, your sponsor should consult this link:
· Original and Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance for you(travelling to Canada), issued within the last six months, with thumbprint and dry seal affixed with your correct middle name. Please send us the original copy. “Personal Copy” is not accepted. DO NOT FAX YOUR NBI CLEARANCE.
For NBI Certificates with “No Criminal Record” or “No Pending Record” remarks, when applicable, please provide the following additional information:
Ø Certification issued by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) providing details of their records relating to the remark on your NBI clearance;
Ø Your own detailed explanation of the circumstances surrounding the case(s) listed in the NBI certification (i.e., specific information on date(s)/time(s), place(s), person(s) involved; how events transpired; legal actions involved; resolution or termination of the case
Ø All pertinent police reports, testimonies/affidavits/written evidence, court orders/decision/documents relating to the case(s) listed; and,
Ø If case has been dismissed: out of court settlement documents, affidavit of admission, or any other documents related to the dismissal of case.
