Hi NT_PH, less than 4K CAD for both parents which covers basic health insurance required for Super Visa, but if you need additional insurance for a specific case then it will cost more. My parents need additinal insurance coverage that's why we paid more. You can fill in all the necessary forms for your parents and include the form for authorizing a representative. You can be your parents' authorized representative and the host, at the same time. Kasi sabi ng gumawa ng forum thread na ito, this is specific for parents' PR application in Manila visa office yung link na nabanggit ko sa mga reply ko sa iyo ay specific for Super Visa application in Manila.

Yes you can still sponsor your mom, but you need to have your husband to co-sign your sponsorship. The form for the co-signer is provided along with the application package.
