hi guys ask ko lang po may sister in law sponsored my mother and father in law plus my sister in law. na medical na sila third week of june and na pass na nila ang passport and other documents first week of june din. Now sa ecas nila nakalagay na Aug 2, 2012 start yung processing application nila what does it mean?

we started processing your application on june 9, 2010 --- date nung naresib nila yung complete package- yan lang nakalagay.

tapos nung naresib nila ung medical ganito naman

we stareted procesing ur aplication on june 9, 2010
medical results received
a decision has been made.... the office will contact you....

Wow ang laki! Naku so excited na maging RN ako dito at makapagwork nadin. Thanks nga pala. God is good talaga. ^_^ sana dumating na passports ng parents mo with pr visa, uhm gano katagal ba un inaabot?
Thanks. Uu matagal ang parents' sponsorship, 4 years na kasi I sent application August 2008, CIC filed it on December 2008. We thought that we will wait another 3 years for PPR and MR after I got approved as sponsor in May. It was surprising to received PPR and MR from Manila visa office last month. My family and I are very thankful. All glory to God.

Hi Moraine and Malditaako,

In-Process pa rin ang status ko hanggang ngayon. They started processing August 9, 2012. Sa LVO-Manila pinadala ang medicals at passport. So sa iyo from "in process" nagiging medical results received? Thanks.
Hi June_bug,

E-cas status is still "in process," but when I checked yesterday, 3 lines appeared when I clicked "in process"
1. "We received your application on ...."
2. "We started processing your application on ...."
3. "Medical results ... received."

Malditaako had update about medical before they got "in process" so it's truly different. Other members whose applications are already complete had no update about medical and "decision made" they just received the visas. Some others, got "medical result received" and "decision made" at the same time, then after a few days or so they got their visas. So I am not sure about this online status now. I just hope and pray in Jesus name that we all received HAPPY NEWS soonest.

It means they started processing the application already and the applicant has to WAIT. Don't panic. I know it is better said than done, but we have been waiting too. It's hard to wait and feel powerless at the same time. Just check in here regularly and perhaps keep us posted. May I ask you a favour to post the timeline here. Thanks.

(this is for new users not aware of CIC survey, it ask for public to provide suggestion how many visas should be issued & under what class for 2012-2013 & 2013-2017)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:-
Please note, you will need to clear cookie to do another survey as the site tracks it using it & it will tell you u have already completed once.

its good to do the survey, but they have done that already before. look at the skilled worker applications, first they trimmed down applications from 520 occupations to specific 38 uccupations and just couple of years back cut down to 29 occupations (similar to that of the aussies). and now almost all applications were "returned to sender" although these files are already on queue for almost 8 years. they made these surveys although they have their own plans in mind. i guess just like for parents, they've done it already. they've introduced supervisa which you will pay for parents' insurances. neks year they'll gonna do it the hard way for applicants, lets see when they lay down their cards. but first have some time to look at australian immigration system and how canadian system is being patternd to become a replica of the aussi system. :D

Hi all,

May we please know . . . when you received your PPR from CEM, did they also give a "time limit" within which you must submit it? One of us thinks there will be a 30 day limit, one of us thinks there will be no limit, but we really don't know. What is your experience with CEM?

Not to attack you here. However, I cannot judge Australian immigration system because I never had personal experience with it. I am very familiar with Canadian immigration because of so many reasons including personal experiences. My parents are already here in Canada on super visa since April. I also learned that you can apply for regular TRV for your parents and eventually apply for extension, a few parents on regular visit visa got maximum 2 years authorized stay without buying health insurance. But of course their host has to demonstrate that they can afford to provide their guests with EVERYTHING. If I am an australian citizen applying for parents' immigrant visa, I can still afford their fees without my husband co-signing it becuase I work harder and earn more. A lot of Filipinos here are working 2 to 3 jobs just to earn more and to get EVERYTHING they wanted, especially their parents. So basically, the solution to expensive processing is to work harder. In Australia, based on what I had read, you can get your processing done faster, but you have to pay more. We are Filipinos and we are known for being hard worker and family oriented. We leave our home country for greener pasture. Greener pasture needs lots of cultivating and us Filipinos are known for being good at that. There's only a few Filipinos here who are relying on welfare and most them have this solid reason why they have to do so. Now about economic class immigration, I trust that they are only accepting applicants whose training and work are currently in demand. If Canada decides not to accept anymore workers from outside, that means Canada has enough workers to do the jobs. I cannot put Canada down as most of my dreams and prayers came true in this used to be a foreign country.

Yes there is 30 days, 45 days, and 60 days. It depends on the officer working on the application. I know it is confusing. Anyway, just follow what the officer tells you to do.

yap your statement is not to attack me rather the possible solution to the possible problem of the future possible applicants. thats great thinking. im not against innocent people, any country etc.. just looking into the future. and you have cited a good plan for the future. thumbs up. :)
