Friends please help me analyze my situation. This is the instructions when I got my Passport Request:

"Please submit the original passports for yourself and every family member who will accompany you to Canada. Please enclose your passports in a secure envelope, clearly indicating your file number (BXXXXXXX) on the envelope. Do not staple and submit old passports together with your recent passports. Please remove passport jackets/covers."

-The problem is I was not aware that my 2 old passports was stapled lately ko na lang na realize. I will be travelling alone.
Ang tanong ko lang po is ano ang tinutukoy na do not staple ang passports in the envelope or old passports? Please help me analyze.
Will this cause a problem? Please advice. Salamat po.

@m2canada... I[size=10pt] like you being so positive. Let's all claim to God ang bagyo ng visa next week. Just checked ...in process pa din ako. June ang dating ng visa natin...wait lang tayo and in the end our waiting will have a great completion from God. Thanks sa link whero to check DM and giving me info about the seminars! tinang punta ka ng lto then sabihin mo need mo ng certifate going to canada then pakita mo yung license then yung certificate na galing sa kanila sila na rin mismo ang magfoforward nun sa DFA para sa red ribbon sasabihin saiyo kung kailan mo kukunin. iba yung bayad sa lto at sa dfa dala ka ng 250 okay na yun.

kailangan pa bang ipa international ang drivers lisence or certificate sa driving na lang sa lto? what's best guys. thanks po

hi guys!

im a post june with visa na... i would like to ask sana to those na nagpa book na ng tickets, or nag inquire w/ regards to Cathay pacific/ Korean Air.

ilang check-in baggage ang allowed na dalhin? i've asked a travel agent lastweek w/ regards to this, & she said only 1 ( 20kg),

but when I checked online yung sa Cathay pacific for those going to Canada, it's 2 baggage (max 20 kg/ each)....

so I'm confused regarding this... pls. enlighten me w/ regards to this... thanks so much!

Paulina==if you have old passport it means na wag mo ng isama, as much as posible iyong maroon colored na passport ang padala (iyong ang bago color ng passport before it was green). Sa envelop you put the picture at passport e dont staple it basta closed it..kasi pag pinadala mo naman sa corier iyan they will put it in a secure na plastic envelop.

..Piracy~ don't bring daw po even your downloaded movies & music from your laptop sad naman, kasi I have lotsa movies & music in my laptop & external HD.. im sure yon ang magiging libangan pagdating namin sa Canada... Meron nga kaya silang special detector for this???

Congrats!cic din ako...sabi ng consultant ko pwede nman daw kunin na kahit di ka na attend visa party,lalo at galing pa sa province,...ska ung iba nman mlapit na ang flight...

I hear you. Yun dn problem ko actually kaya yng ibang files na importante like review materials bibackup ko online tas download na lng uli pgdating don.. Anyway private account mo na yun not from downloading site. If u have important files try using 4shared or adrive to back your files. They can give u 10gb or 50 gb space. The downside is masmatagal magupload kesa mgdownload. Based from my research online, some say d nman chinecheck, some nman say me pinass n ata bill tungkol sa pgsea2rch ng downloaded files that they have the right to randomly search. So buti na nagiingat. Pati nga daw downloaded music sa Ipod d pwe2de more than 1k pa nman songs ko dun. And be careful lang pala sa mga download softwares like limewire and the like.. That might get you in trouble so iuninstall niyo na lng if ever. Clear your history hahaha.. Lalong lalo na sa airport area if u'll gonna use the internet just to kill time. Do not visit or download any files cause they can track u down.. anyway good luck n lng sa tin sa safe landing. Sna wla aberya sa immigration.

I'm from CIC manila...Right, it's not compulsory that you have to attend the said visa night, just inform them that you need your Passport wt V right away...I got mine last week and my agent never mentioned about the visa night..Oh well, you better call the main office about it so that they will be aware that such things should not be done ..

hi breana/gandasia, ito nga yun.. kung sa BC kayo marami ganitong mga government funded agencies (Diversity etc etc). Yung particular agency ko dito ay yung AWARE JobOptions BC... covering Surrey/Newton, Cloverdale and New Westminster. kaya kung meron dito sa forum na dun titira sa mga areas na ito i suggest you go and visit their office in Newton Exchange - 7337 137th St...

I got in.. sa June 6 magsisimula yung 10-week program nila (with pay hehe).. pero i will inform them na hindi na ako sasali.. kasi just this morning, a hotel in downtown Vancouver called me at advised me to report immediately. Got my first job after 1 month of job hunting and vacation mode...
