congratulations to all who received their visas! and for those who are waiting have your patience a little bit longer......just sharing some little experience...we had arrived here last May 11 and it was great.....nice and a quite place.....we departed Manila around 12:30pm thru Cathay Pacific via Hongkong-Vancouver and Winnipeg by West jet. We had only few bad experience (too much line in getting our boarding pass & Immigration process) eventhough we arrived 4 hrs. before our flight from Manila airport for the delay of our flight to Hongkong and also affects our transfer flight for Vancouver since we board the flight 5 minutes before departure....thanks God we did not miss our Hongkong-Vancouver flight.....and only few turbulence on the way to Vancouver (but manageable)....we don't encounter hassle in the Immigration in Vancouver, it was a smooth run thru the officers but they are only shock with our belongings since we had a container to follow and a quite huge amount of jewelries and cash we brought.....we already got our SIN, health card, child tax benefit, school for our children arrange today, and the shipper of our container had already contact us that our things already arrived and ready to be cleared at the customs which we will be doing tomorrow after I report to my new company here for them to know that I am here now, but I would request to report to work next week Monday because I have many things to do first (driver's license, seminars etc..........the place is so much nice, friendly people and a new environment for us.......so much for now and hope to share more before I work next week but planning to make 1 or 2 more jobs this weekend to maximize my time here...Goodluck to everyone and praying for all to make it here sooner..
