Now here is my story I apply for a visitor visa to Canada in 2011 and was refused
Now I am married with my wife since 2yrs now.
Here is my worry I want to apply fr a family class visa and my biggest worry now is...
In my previous application I fill out my 3siblings date of births and now I forgot the dates and I'm very much worried if the dates they gave me this time is not same with threvious dates and months.
Pls have any one gone through this???
And again I'm considering stating this in my application to let them know incase if they found any fault.
Pls I need help as what to do now??.
Pls good friends help me

Wouldn't it be wise to use the dates on their birth certificates,,,i don't know if you plan on bringing them here,,,,but if you got the birth certificates you would have the correct dates,,,,,idont know if Cem would go to the VAC to get information from them when you applied for the visitor visa

Thanks! Biopsy shows no sign of malignancy thank God but his pulmo wants him to undergo a video assisted thoracic surgery to get another sample on the mass on his left lung. The 1st biopsy done did not reveal a specific findings, hence that. My dad was a smoker for 40 years and only stopped when we rushed him to the ER due to chest pain almost a month ago. I'd probably nag my husband to stop smoking too when I land.Lol

You should look to see if you have a previous copy somewhere. If not then make sure the present application has the proper dates.

Well since she's from Japan you won't get a passport request. So there's not a lot to wait for besides her COPR in the mail, unless you think they will request additional documents. I'm sure the embassy will take note of your email sooner than you think, and in the meantime if you're feeling uneasy you could request your GCMS notes by email (which take a month to arrive). It should be happening soon for you.

Hi please help me about the no. of yrs in total for education, do we need to count from grade 1 like for instance my son in 3rd yr high school, do I need to put 9yrs or just 3 yrs in high school?This is in his form as my dependent...

i think it's still on a case to case basis. some applicants are getting request for addtl documents still even after ppr. another thing too, on my gcms notes, on the 1st page, it says,

Group name: FC – PRI- 3a – Straightforward – For Officer Review/Waiver Confirmation

Its a very strange transition when you have spent the bulk of your relationship time through the internet and then have to actually do real things in real time with your real life partner. The computer to which your whole life was wrapped around now just gets opened less and less each day. This is a good thing of course but I still feel a loyalty debt to this forum. Well I guess we don't have the problem of not having lived together.. sharing a 3x6 meter cabin for a few years will get all the bathroom shyness over with pretty quickly Still we have faced some pretty big challenges. We spent the whole weekend fishing crab off the docks. The funny thing was, I had scoped out that dock one rainy winter day years ago for us to fish crab off.. I thought it would be our secret place. When we arrived, every Filipino in town was there fishing crab off the dock. As well some other groups of Asians. Came back the next day and there were 6 more Filipinos fishing off the dock, and some chinese gambling and playing cards.. yeah so we are in the right spot.. at least if the Dept of Fisheries comes by we have our licences
Oh yeah and we got 3 red rock crabs which he will cook up with coconut milk and beans and squash. And some dock shrimp. 8)

I was given the wrong birth year of my partner's son for his visitor's visa application. I corrected it on the PR application and they didn't say anything. Wrong dates are obviously a big deal, but it seems like they don't cross check from the visitor's visa too closely. If you really wanted to know I bet you could order the GCMS notes for your visitor's visa application.
