Yeah I brought half a suitcase full of em no problem.. Its a Filipino thing.

lolz... just make sure she will wrap it good. in plastics so the smell won't go through.... another thing i brought back here was "baggong"?! (sorry i dunno the spelling) the fish sauce thing. Just make sure all the "smelly" foods are packed well. :)

and yeah try wrapping it around your clothes, it helps stop the smell. you can always do laundry once she lands. :)

Hmm... Bagoong. Smelly shrimp caviar :) you're making me hungry

So my wife was able to enter Canada to "visit" me on a one way ticket. The officer didn't even ask for a return ticket or check her file. I just said she was in the final stages of her application and will officially land soon. I doubt she understood the process because she asked why my wife doesn't want to land now and I had to explain that she needed her COPR first and when it comes she will flagpole.

On a side note. CEM still hasn't updated my wife's address. I've sent two emails, the first being almost two weeks ago. Is there anything else I can do? What would be the worst case scenario if her COPR is sent to her old address in Japan? Her mail is supposed to be forwarded to her mother's house but would something like this be forwarded?

There's NO containing that smell. We brought back half a suitcase also, wrapped in breathable paper bags so our luggage would fit in with (smell like) all the other PH luggage!! :)
