Which is why the visa so soon was very unexpected.. in my head I thought August or September would be the time.

I'm in shock.. we just got our PPR in the mail :
It looks like a request for Appendix A, an AOM for him, and a passport.. no additional documents or interview at this time. No request for re medical yet either.

Well, you're sort of right. This is the post I found 'enlightening' . . . reading between the lines I realized or considered that perhaps our 'PPR' was (ahem) mis-read. I'll never know but won't lose any sleep over it.

The PPR finally came and the long wait killed my excitement for it. Anyway, I got approved October 24 but according to the letter, CEM received the application on December 10. Wonder why it took that long. ???

I know this has been discussed but it's tough to check back - do we have to submit photos again? And if so, how many?

Fook it i said,,,,,,went to MP today, it seems she wasnt as eager to see me,,,,i think the MP may hAVE HAD A TALKING TO About immigration matters,,,,,,,she said they called on march 27 on thier own initiative, and the reply was to email them again the end of june,,,,i told her about all the bull*censored word* going on in CEM,,,,,,she is calling today i will get update tomorrow or friday. She also said she doesnt deal with manila but gets the answer from OTTAWA.

Did you just get sponsor approval? That's what ECAS does before they load the info. Whatever you do, don't tick that box!

If I remember correctly - you're M-F and you have the option or ability to get married but you didn't? Is that correct? Honestly if that's the case I don't think you qualify for Conjugal. If it's possible to marry by one partner travelling to the Philippines you have to do it.

Hi steph yes u r correct. There was no ppr request on january. It was an aor letter. It is sad but i guess we have to re apply again under spouse. I know that we need more patience and just hope for everything to be in place. Thanks steph and everyone. I hope that nobody else experience this kind of situation. Godbless
