Manila confirmed arrived but I didn't get it

Confirmed arrival of COPR on May 29th 2014 but I did not get anything. Very strange.

So my question is. What will happen with the activation expiry. In Manila's books it came on May 29th. We have just been waiting for it. That is almost 120 days. Expiry is I think 180 days. Time is running out. Will it expire or will they give more time?

Any opinions? Anyone know?

If you never received the COPR you NEED NEED NEED to contact Manila and inform them of this. For all you know it was received by 'somone else' who has since landed as you or your spouse. As soon as they showed it being 'delivered' to your address and you didn't physically get it, you should've raised the alarm bells.
