Hello,
Will any previous visa refusals decreases the chances to get a study permit in Canada?
I have 8 refusals of US visa in between 1999 to 2008. (4 for visit visa and 4 for student visa), Now I am applying for the study permit for Sep 2015 intake.
Should I mention them all in my form?
Will it affect my present application?

thanks.

Yes - it is mandatory to mention all previous refusals. If you fail to mention refusals and CIC finds out, your application will be refused and you will likely be given a 2 year ban from entering Canada. Canada and the US share a great deal of information, so if you fail to mention your US refusals chances are extremely high CIC will find out.

Yes - the past refusals will work against you when applying for a student visa. You should somehow explain these in your SOP and you will need to provide very very strong proof that you are a genuine student, have ties to your home country, and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

Thanks.
What about if I hire a lawyer and he will answer on my behalf?
I have three passports and in my first one I have 7 refusals and in my second one I have a visit visa refusal while my third passport is fresh so If I only mention my last visa refusal which was in 2008 will their be any issue because in my new passport only my previous pass. # is mentioned.
thanks.

It's up to you if you hire a lawyer or not.

If you only mention the last refusal then you should expect a refusal, a finding of misrepresentation, and a 2 year ban from Canada. You must mention all refusals. If you don't mention all refusals - expect big problems.

Hello,
I need your help please. There is a Procedure Fairness letter in my account. Migration Section (High Commission of Canada, New Delhi, India) gave me 15 days to respond, and now I have 7 days left. I do not know how to prepare the explanation for this. My US student visa was rejected twice, I do not have reason or document to attach. Now, my Canada Student Visa is on risk. They said it is misrepresented and may ban for 5 years as well. I forgot to mention it in the application form. I need to write a letter and attach it in my account/portal.
Please assist .
Thank you
