Please advice me i would like to know about the Management Consultancies in the UAE whether they are legal or just fraud?Are they legally providing services to the people?I wants to apply for Canada & how to know they are registered or not?I have found one advertisement in the newspaper about work permit visa for Canada which is posted by one of the Consultancy "Global Fusion Management Consultancy" which is in Abudhabi.Is it OK & safe to apply through them?

If they ask for money in exchange for a job in Canada - then it's probably a scam.

Thanks for your reply. Yes they are asking money & see their reply for my enquiry:

“Hope you are doing good. Here am providing the answers for your doubts.
1. Total charge of 36000 is including all the fees. You don't have to pay more amount for anything.
2. Whenever you are paying we will give you company receipt as a proof of the payment you done.
3.If the visa is rejected or process couldn't be done you will get refund after deducting 1000 AED from the amount you paid, no matter how much you paid.
4. We will provide you Work-permit visa valid for 2 years. With in 1 year you can apply for PR, if you are not applying for PR after two years can extend the visa for again 2 years.
5. First of all we will provide you job after that only we will apply for your visa. Accommodation, Transportation and other benefits are provided by the company. About food you will get duty meal only.
6. Your minimum salary will be 14/hr excluding the tax. Working hours 8 hr/day and 40 hr/week. If you are working more than 40 hrs per week you will get 50% extra.
7. To start your case you have to pay 3600 AED, this will be the first installment. Second payment 7000 AED, you have to pay after getting your job offer letter. Balance Amount 25400 AED you have to pay after getting Visa stamped in your passport. For workpermit no need of IELTS. Employer will pay the tax. The tax will varies according to the states in Canada. 90% there will be no interview. Also there is a 10% chance for interview. If they are asking for interview we can take care of further things. Job 100% we can guarantee.”

So frnds, please help me …do you have any proper information about this Consultancy (Global Fusion Management Consultancy, Abu Dhabi -U.A.E.)? I don’t have any idea…do I need to apply through them or not?
