Hi Everyone,

I'm posting this again to get an accurate answer. There are lots of views in terms of calculation of experience in my case.

So here is my profile.
CRS Score as per express entry profile - 458 ( Canadian work experiece points 53 which means it's for 2 year )

IELTS score - RLS - 7 , W - 6.5
No back home work experience.
bachelor degree + 2 year PGdiploma
Current NOC - 1211

May 10, 2018 (Thursday) - Started my work as a full time with current company
May 25, 2018 (Friday) - Received official letter of graduation

May 27, 2018 (Sunday) - Applied for PGWP
July 17, 2018 (Tuesday) - PGWP Aprooved.
Oct 28, 2019 - Created EE profile
April 12, 2020 - GOT LAID OFF (COVID-19)
May 11,2020 - Back to work to the same job

I've got 4 ITA before this but I've declined because the condition was of 2 years of experience and i was laid of in between. So Finally i accepted the last one DRAW#150 with 440 points, Because if I'll calculate my CRS score with one year experience then it would be 445 ( I just wanna be safe side ).
If i will wait till July 11th then officially i will complete my 2 year of experience.

I have talked to one immigration consultant about this , then they've said me that you should decline this invitation also (DRAW #150) and ask your employer to re-write job letter that you've been working as a part time till july 16 and started working full time on July 17 2018. and update your profile accordingly ( I feel that, This is not ethical way and also it will put me in trouble because I've started working full time on MAY 10th).

My questions are :

1) Is there any way to claim points for only 1 year ?

2) i wanna be in safe side , if i'll submit my profile after july 12th , then do i need updated Job letter ( Date of my current job letter - Oct 19, 2019)

3) I've worked full time from May 10th to May 25. I supposed to work part time at that period (because did not get graduation letter and did not applied for PGWP) , What will be impact of this ?

Please try to help me with your best knowledge. Also suggest me if you've anything else suggestions for me. Any reply would be appreciate.
Thanks in advance .

You are ridiculously over complicating this and now seeing a consultant who is telling you to commit misrepresentation. Regardless of the score showing in your profile, if your score with one year of experience is over the draw cut-off, there is no reason to decline the ITA.

Also, as you've been previously told, your work experience counts from PGWP application date, not approval date.

Yes , But that consultant screwed me up. His advice was totally wrong and it's clearly misrepresentation.
How about this point sir,
2) i wanna be in safe side , if i'll submit my profile after july 12th , then do i need updated Job letter ( Date of my current job letter - Oct 19, 2019)

Not a sir.

Again, OVER COMPLICATING. You've said that your current score with the one year of experience that you have is 445, which is above the draw score. That means that there is ZERO point in declining the ITA.

Vik, you've wasted 4 ITAs that could have gone to someone else. That's unconscionable.

All you need to do is submit your AOR after July 12.
I can understand , But I've got ITA before my 2 year was completed. And i wasn't sure about when company will start operating again ?
that's why I've declined .

I understand vik, but you should have deactivated your profile until you were ready to meet the threshold, then reactivated it.

Just submit your application this time.
