Immigration Gimmick? Lure in the applicants? Chaotic situation!! Survive the recession? I don't know. Whatever it is, it doesn't seem to be working and lacks fairness.

I suppose the layoff's in NS office is giving a tip to Buffalo visa clerks to process the applications at a much slower pace..This way backlog will continue to exist forever and we will continue seeing the same status in e-cas for years to come..
