Maintaining PR status by completing 2 years Masters program from canadian university

wanted to clear a doubt..

Can I complete my 2 years PR status in Canada by doing a 2 years masters program in a canadian university ?

If I go on an international student visa, will it help me meet the 2 years out of 5 years obligation ?

Your question doesn't make sense. The residency requirement is for people who are already permanent residents. If you are already a PR, then you don't qualify for a student visa.

If you are asking about applying for PR, then it takes a lot more than just living in Canada for two years. You need to research here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
