I am on PGWP and SOWP in Canada. I applied for EE under PNP stream recently with my spouse accompanied. Our EE application is in process but the work permits are expiring soon.
I know i am eligible for BOWP as the primary applicant but i am not sure if can add my spouse(secondary applicant) in my BOWP application? Also, if we don't apply for BOWP and don't want to work until we get the PR, are we on maintained status or is it necessary to apply for BOWP or some other application like a visitor visa?
