Main applicant and husband

Hi my wife is the main applicant for express entry and once she get approved then she will sponser me.. so my question is shall i apply with my wife or she should go first and the sponser me as spouse. Which way is more better or effective

If she goes first and then sponsors you, it's another year processing. If she can add you to her application and still have enough points, you wouldn't need to wait as long.
