mailing spousal application package

Is it OK to use fedex/purolator to send the application package to the following address:

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

OR

We have to use this address:
Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

What address do members on this forum usually use??

If you are using Fed Ex or Purolator, you MUST use 2 Robert Speck Parkway. They WILL NOT deliver to a P.O. Box!
