I had applied for PR under FSW category as Single and lived in US. My file status is pending review with Buffalo office.
Now I am married and ready to send updated application with spouse information. I now live in India (moved back 2 months back).
What should be my mailing and residential addresses? Should I update "Address" in "Application for Permanent Residence" form?It's confusing me. Will it matter if I keep mailing address as my friends address in US and residential address as address in India?
Also, does sending updated application with spouse info requires me to update all IMM forms I had filled before - like Schedule 1, Schedule 3 along with Appl for Perm residence and Additional Family Information forms?
For example, earlier, I had sent Schedule 3 without IELTS score sheet. Now that I took IELTS exam, should I update schedule 3 and send it again?
Please help me !!!!!!
