I live in the USA and have been asked to mail my passport and info to New York. The info in the letter is a bit confusing.
1. To my understanding...we just need to send a copy of my passport. Does this sound correct?
2. There are no directions for Appendix A. It is called the "UPDATED Information Chart". Do I need to fill this out if the information has not changed?
3. We have the option of using TT Services to send the documents in. Has anyone else used this? How does it work? Meaning....did they come to your house and pick it up OR did they just provide labels and you drop it off at the post office?
4. If you used TT Services are you glad that you went that route?
5. If you just mailed through the US Postal Service - are you happy with how that went?
