Hi,

I did a mistake when I sent my application for CEC recently. I thought that the self addressed mailing labels needed to be put on the envelope as stickers.

But I think, what CIC actually mean is that the labels needed to be included in the envelope, right? rather than sticking them on the envelope.

Please guide. Can it cause any problem?

No worries.
CIC does mean to include those mailing labels in the envelop but it will not cause any issues.
I even forgot to include mailing labels and I still got PR.

As long as they have your up-to-date and valid mailing address it's all good.

Thank you very much for your replies.

Can some one send me the link or details where is it mentioned about sending self-adressed labels for CEC application

Thanks

It's in the document checklist - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5610E.pdf

Section "Mailing your application".
