Mailing CIC with new NOA

Did every one got acknowledgement after sending NOA to CIC . I wonder if they even read my email. I forgot to put application number in subject in two mails I send so never got reply back. Any comments ?

They will take 20 business days to respond to any email.

I put application number in the mail not the subject should i send them again withh every thing in subject

That should be fine. I hope you are still within the 20 days timeline.

I've sent 2012 T4 and NOA and got a reply in 10 days.
